Any products purchased from our drop shipping website contact them for customer service support. You are welcome to email me as well with your complaint.
For all the items that are bought directly from BlindIntelligence.com , customers are allowed to view the product before purchasing. If an item is shipped, it is HEAVILY encouraged that the customer analyzes the product the day it is delivered. If the print on the product is damaged upon delivery and before wash and wear, I will provide a replacement. However, after five days from purchase, and if there is no documented complaint about an item there will be no refund or replacement. This also applies to delivered items. If there is no documentation about an item there will be no refund or replacement. This also applies to delivered items. If there is no documented complaint within 5 days about an item upon delivery there will be no replacement or refund.
